The Hamptons Hamper

This package includes:

Weather Considerations & Alterations

We are happy to recommend picnic locations, should the weather change in advance of your event within 2 hours, we will provide a suggested location change or offer a rain check date if weather is unsafe on the day or an alternate location is not avaiable.

If the weather turns during your event, please contact us to collect equipment or please do your best to pack up any breakable or items that coudl be weather damaged, there is a breakage fee included in your proce, hwoever if items are grosly damaged you will be further charged for replacements.

Booking Details

Price- Starting at $670

(for Newcastle Locations, extra travel fee for beyond 15km of our locations)

Duration- Hire duration is 1.5 hours. Additional time can be added at an extra cost.

We will arrive one hour prior to your booking to set up your location.

Capture the Moment!

We can recommend excellent lolcalprofesisonal photographers to capture the moment (this is at their charge proces) or we can provide our capture the moment for an additional cost of $20 for digital sharing only.

Also offering Anniversary Picnics (sameinclusions as the Proposal Package, with Customised "Happy Anniversary" sign.

Locations

There are many beuatiful water front locations or park settigns that we can recommend or you may request your own special spot. We cannot guarantee that your chosen location will be completely private when in public areas.

- Redhead Beach

- Mereweaher beach hill lookout (above ocean baths)

- Nobby's Beach (near the lighthouse in sheltered quiet end)

- Park hill spot above The Bogey Hole

- King Edward Park

- Observatory Hill (The Obelisk)

- Warners Bay Foreshore

- Lake Arts Precinct (there are many beuatiful waterfront spots in Booragul and Lake Macquarie we can suggest)

- Green Point Foreshore Reserve (Valentine)

Please note, some public spots

require liquor license, please check

and obtain any persmissions before

providing your own alcohol.

We do NOT provide the alcohol,

but oyu can get us your selection prior

and we will have it there ready for you.
